We have experience in litigation support for both valuation and commerical damages, and we have experience in dispute resolution matters. One of our strengths is our working relationship with Life Cycle Returns. Rawley Thomas, an MBVG Affiliate, has developed a proprietary platform to value publicly traded securities which can be applied for portfolio valuation for compliance or for assistance in portfolio selection and monitoring. Thomas was the 'T' in HOLT which developed a leading edge program with this kind of capability, a program which was eventually sold to Boston Consulting and then to Credit Suisse. LCRT now has developed the next generation of this program and has incorporated the rigid demands and body of knowledge developed over the years by valuation professionals who require certain methods and procedures to have the work accepted in court.
Another strength unique in the appraisal community, is the knowledge we can offer on health care practices generally, and dentistry in particular. This strength is through Dr. Stanley Pollock, a long-time friend of MBVG and now an Affiliate. He provides important support both for health care appraisals and corporate finance support but also for his strong knowledge of professional practices.

MBVG is focused on serving clients in Minnesota and surrounding states. However, we also have clients and provide support services all over the United States, and we have a support office in Chicago, Illinois, headed by Mike Adhikari. We are also part of a larger group of professionals, the National Business Valuation Group. This consists of affiliated members who are either individuals or who work for firms which provide valuation services.
