Stephen (Steve) Shulman and Anchin Block & Anchin LLP are important Affiliates of the Minnesota Business Valuation Group. Shulman is the partner-in-charge of ABA’s litigation support, forensic and valuation services groups, in addition to the business risk services group. His background brings complementary skills and his position provides a strong geographical positioning for MBVG with his presence in New York City. The additional strength of Anchin with its certification for doing SEC work and Sarbanes-Oxley reviews provides depth to MBVG’s coverage.
Steve has provided clients with attestation and consulting services creating an environment for growth, recovery, and strategic sizing of operations. He has provided litigation support and investigative services for more than 16 years and valuation services for more than 20 years and also provides business risk services to his clients including advising publicly-held companies on how to comply with certain sections of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
