The Minnesota Business Valuation Group, LLC, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Olsen Thielen & Co., Ltd., a St. Paul, Minnesota regional certified public accounting firm.  Olsen Thielen has approximately 90 employees.  The employees consist of auditors, tax professionals, consultants, and support staff for administration, information technology, filing, etc.

The Principals, Chairman, and President of Olsen Thielen have given priority to supporting and developing the growth of MBVG.  As such, the Firm has made all of its resources available to MBVG.  The firm principals have likewise given their support.  Therefore, MBVG is blessed with a seasoned contingent of accounting professionals to accomodate the valuation firm growth.
