Staff

The Minnesota Business Valuation Group, LLC, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Olsen Thielen & Co., Ltd., a St. Paul, Minnesota regional certified public accounting firm.  Olsen Thielen has approximately 90 employees.  The employees consist of auditors, tax professionals, consultants, and support staff for administration, information technology, etc.

Three employees are assigned to MBVG full time: they are Randy Schostag, President and a Senior Business Appraiser,  Laurel Sorensen, also a Senior Business Appraiser and Tony Stinar, Valuation Services Manager.  Other professional staff are assigned on an as-needed basis.  All of these professionals acquire the necessary information, conduct analyses, and prepare reports.  Schostag, as manager, does the final review and supports the processes.
