Tony Stinar

Tony Stinar, CPA, ABV,  joined the Minnesota Business Valuation Group in April 2012.  Prior to joining MBVG, he spent several years as an auditor of small to medium-sized, closely-held companies, and one year as controller at a software development company.  He has specific industry expertise in manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, and software development.

Tony’s responsibilities include project management, financial statement analysis, creating financial models, report writing and other due diligence relating to business valuation services.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethel University and studied accounting at the University of North Dakota.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA).   The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants has awarded him the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation.   Tony can be reached by e-mail , or 651.621.8507 or 800.866.4521.
