The Minnesota Business Valuation Group became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Olsen Thielen & Co., Ltd. in June 2007. Olsen Thielen is a large, regional CPA firm headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota which has about 130 employees. Kenneth Vohs: Ken is MBVG's Chief Executive and Chairman of the Board. He is also President of Olsen Thielen, owner of MBVG. Ken has more than 38 years of experience in tax, tax compliance, tax planning and consulting. He specializes in agribusiness, health care, public utilities, personal service companies and real estate. Ken joined the Firm in 1974.
Randy Schostag: Randy is MBVG's President. He was MBVG's founder in 2001 and he has more than 35 years experience in corporate finance and valuation. More of Randy's background is available here.
Joseph Mayer: Joe is a Governor of MBVG. He is also a Principal in Olsen Thielen’s Tax Department in the the St. Paul office, and he has more than 21 years of tax experience in both public accounting and industry accounting. Joe has extensive experience in tax issues and tax planning with closely-held and family-owned businesses and their shareholder owners. Joe joined the Firm in 2004. Joe provides solid advice / solutions for merger & acquisition transactions.

Michael Bromelkamp: Mike is a Principal in Olsen Thielen's St. Paul Office and has more than 34 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and consulting, including managing corporate finance and accounting functions for a large national service company and supervising audits for a large national accounting firm. He offers guidance for strategic and tactical planning for companies. Mike joined the Firm in 1992.
Rick Ehrich: Rick is MBVG's Treasurer. He is also a Principal in the Accounting and Auditing Department of Olsen Thielen's St. Paul Office and has more than 34 years of experience in accounting, auditing and consulting. He is the Principal-in-Charge of Olsen Thielen’s Commercial Business Practice Group. Rick joined the Firm in 1977.
