Michael (Mike) Choniski is an Affiliate of the Minnesota Business Valuation Group, specializing in knowledge of the LCRT platform.
Mike is a seasoned veteran in applying sophisticated corporate finance methods. He introduced value based metrics and planning practices at Ball Corporation and then at NYNEX. Mike's work has ranged from corporate vision and value assessments to strategy development. He has been engaged in merger and acquisitions analysis as well as project development. Mike has applied his value centric perspective to work done as an independent and as a contractor to Cambridge Strategic Management Group and the Boston Consulting Group.
During the last few years, Mike has worked closely with Life Cycle Returns (LCRT), a MBVG affiliate, in their development of a new platform for ascertaining the intrinsic value of publicly traded equities. The LCRT platform was designed by Rawley Thomas and Terry Heiland. Thomas was the principal architect of the HOLT valuation framework now owned by Credit Suisse. Mike is proficient in the understanding and use of this robust platform and is available to assist money/portfolio managers in their evaluation and introduction for use in stock selection and portfolio formation, monitoring securities within portfolios, and valuing portfolios of securities for the new required compliance reporting being introduced by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
