Rawley is a central figure in the Minnesota Business Valuation Group, which is incorporating the LCRT platform in its work with both public and private companies. MBVG believes that this tool will enable MBVG to provide faster and more economic valuations for non compliance related appraisals, including for evaluating strategic goals for clients.
Prior to LCRT Rawley co-founded HOLT Planning Associates, a valuation business pioneer. The successor to HOLT Planning Associates is HOLT Value Associates LP, which continues today as a subsidiary of Credit Suisse First Boston Directed research for The Boston Consulting Group. The HOLT system has been an important contributor to Boston Consulting for providing value management services worldwide.
